At Sponte, every order is carefully prepared and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment partners to ensure reliable delivery and premium quality.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-volume periods or limited-edition drops, processing times may be slightly longer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Typical U.S. delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or weather events — all outside of Sponte’s control.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping may be introduced later — please subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Sponte cannot be held liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
We’ll work with our logistics partners to investigate and, if applicable, issue a replacement.

7. Customs & Duties

All orders are shipped from within the U.S., so no import duties apply for U.S. customers.
For future international orders, customs fees or taxes would be the customer’s responsibility.
