At Sponte, every piece is made and packed with care through our trusted U.S. fulfillment partners.
Because of our on-demand production model and hygiene standards in fashion, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final.
We kindly ask that you double-check your size, color, and address before completing checkout.
This policy allows us to keep production sustainable, reduce waste, and maintain fair prices for our customers.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send a brief description and clear photos of the issue through our contact form.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit — no physical return is required.

3. Order Cancellations

Because most items are processed immediately after purchase, orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
If you made a mistake in your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours so we can try to update it before fulfillment.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are issued only in cases where:

  • the product was never delivered, or

  • it arrived in unusable condition (as verified by our support team).

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Responsibility for Incorrect Addresses

Sponte is not responsible for undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
